Matilda Iona Clouse

Matilda Iona Clouse was born 9 Jul 1892 in Van Wert County, Ohio. Matilda's death certificate (#2037) states that she was born in 1892 but her headstone reads 1893. She was the daughter of Esli T. Clouse 1851-1926 and Rebecca Susan Swartz 1852-1917. Matilda had five siblings, Silvia Ann 1877-, William Theodore 1889-1979, Mary Eliza 1882-1922, Lucinda 1887-1887 and Ada Elisabeth 1888-1971. She married Birl R. Seitz 1884-1955 on 11 Mar 1911 (#2235). They had a daughter Rachel R Seitz 1912-1967. Matilda died on 9 May 1918 in Van Wert County, Ohio. Birl Seitz died there on 5 Apr 1955. They are buried in Ridge Cemetery, Middlepoint, Ohio.
