Justice Elmer Mihm

Justice Elmer Mihm was born 3 Jul 1882 in Van Wert County, Ohio. His parents were Thomas Fredrick Mihm 1852-1931 and Elsie Ann Dull  1853-1937. Justice had 3 siblings, Charles William 1889-1881, Forest David 1885-1946, Olive Gertrude 1889-1971. Justice married Ada Elisabeth Clouse 1890-1970, daughter of Esli T. Clouse 1851-1926 and Rebecca Susan Swartz 1853-1917, on 30 Sep 1909 in Van Wert County, Ohio (#2349).  Justice worked as a thrashing machine operator (farming) in the early years of his life and later became a stationary engineer at the Van Wert, Ohio Water Works. He and Ada had 7 children, Floyd Noah 1910-1992, Helen Mildred 1912-1988, Gertrude Iona 1916-1998, Jessie Marcele 1918-1989, Virginia Louise 1921-2003, Robert Ellsworth 1925-1925, and Mary Lee 1927-. The family lived on 409 Shaffer St. in Van Wert, Ohio. He was at work on 22 Feb 1947 where he died of a heart attack (#2016). Justice Elmer Mihm is buried in Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert, Ohio.
