Elias Brouse

Elias Brouse born on 24 Mar 1830, in Ohio, was the son of William Brouse 1805-1884 and Elisabeth Baughman 1811-1876. Elias married Elizabeth Doolittle 1828-1907. The Brouse family in America is a very old line dating to at least Michael Brouse 1755-1844, a soldier in the American Revolutionary War (Michael O. Brouse 1755-1854). Elizabeth (Doolittle) Brouse died on 18 May 1907 in Wadsworth, Medina County, Ohio. Elias Brouse died in Wadsworth, on 9 Feb 1908. Both she and her husband are buried in Woodlawn Cemetery, Wadsworth, Medina County, Ohio.
