Charles William Clouse was born 28 Aug 1880 in Wayne County, Ohio. Charles was the son of James Monroe Clouse 1852-1925 and Mary Janette Ramsey 1857-1938. Charles married Eleanor Lake Graham 1878-1966  on .23 Aug 1906 (#2228). Together they had two children, Roger Roy 1907-2008 and Anabel C. 1909-1994. Charles was a teacher by trade. Charles W. Clouse died on 20 Oct 1948 (#2217). He is buried in Wooster Cemetery, Wayne County, Ohio.
