Brooks DeLloyd Clouse was the son of Charles Lucine Clouse 1874-1947 and Bertha Orilla Stover 1874-1940. He was one of four children born the Charles and Bertha: Ralph 1896-1925, James 1899-1963, Doyt 1904-1986, and Brooks. Brooks was born in Van Wert County, Liberty Township, Ohio on 5 Jan 1914. He married Juanita R. Potter on 1 Feb 1947 in Van Wert, Ohio. Brooks is a veteran of WWII and entered the military on 17 Nov 1942. He was a truck driver by trade. Brooks DeLloyd Clouse died in Van Wert, Ohio on 30 Aug 1994.
