Ada Elisabeth Clouse

Ada Elisabeth Clouse was born 29 Sep 1888 in Van Wert County, Ohio, Ada was the daughter of Esli T. Clouse 1851-1926 and Rebecca Susan Swartz 1853-1917. She worked as a practical nurse in Van Wert County for over 20 years. Ada Clouse married Justice Elmer Mihm 1882-1847 on 30 Sep 1909 in Van Wert, Ohio (#2349). Ada lived all of her married life at 409 Shaffer Street in Van Wert, Ohio, where she and husband Justice Elmer Mihm 1882-1947 raised 7 children, 5 daughters and 2 sons;  Floyd Noah 1910-1992, Helen Mildred 1912-1988, Gertrude Iona1916-1998, Jessie Marcele 1918-1989, Virginia Louise 1921-2003, Robert Ellsworth 1925-1925 and Mary Lee 1927-. Ada's husband, Justice Elmer Mihm died suddenly while at work on 22 Feb 1947. He was a stationary engineer at the Van Wert County Water Works. Ada (Clouse) Mihm died on 20 Apr 1971.  She and her husband Justice are both buried in Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert, Van Wert County, Ohio.
