Timothy Wayne Hargis was born in Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio. He is the son of Vernon Lea Hargis and Eula Letha (Littleton) Hargis. Tim is a graduate of Milford High School, Miami University in Ohio and Grand Valley State University in Michigan. Timothy Wayne Hargis married Keyla Dee Acevedo Santiago.
