Luster M. Hargis was born in Rowan County, Kentucky on 1 Nov 1928. He was the son of Samuel Hargis 1882-1947 and Eunice Johnson 1890-1972. Luster Hargis was Killed during World War II. His name is engraved on a memorial in Freedom Park in Morehead, Kentucky. The memorial honors local citizens killed during several different wars.
