Eugenia E. Hargis

1894-1975

Eugenia E. Hargis was the daughter of William Norvel Hargis 1869-1945 and Nancy Ethel Gearhart 1871-1959. She was born 4 Aug 1894 in Rowan, County, Kentucky. Eugenia married William M. Haney 1886-1929 on 17 Dec 1908 in Rowan County, Kentucky. They had a daughter Opal Noveal Haney 1917-2008. William's occupation listed on census records was a timberman. He died 13 Apr 1929 in Charleston, Kanawha County, West Virginia. Eugenia died 10 Jul 1975 in Owingsville, Bath County, Kentucky. She is buried in Brown Cemetery, Rowan County, Kentucky
