This is 2617 Hackberry Street where Julia (Elbery) Kohus lived with her daughter Alma and husband Pete Buckley sometime after her husband Louis Kohus 1858-1907 died. This house is across the street and 3 houses down from where Herbert Bernard Kohus Jr. 1917-2009, Julia's grandson and family bought his first house on May 23, 1946-1953, at 2622 Hackberry Street. Six years after the death of Alma's first husband Peter F. Buckley 1884-1920, a Cincinnati fireman who died in a fire accident at the Newton Tea and Spice Company, Alma married Clearance H. Dreyfus. Clearance was a salesman. Some time after the marriage Julia, along with Alma and her family relocated to Fulton, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta, where Julia (Elbrey) Kohus died in 1945. She is buried in Westside Cemetery, Atlanta, Georgia Section 25, Lot 296.
